Reporting Content
Weejo Labs hosts content published by its members. Any content can be reported from within the app (profile, outing or message, "Report" button) or by email to contact@weejo.app. To be processed under Article 6-I-5 of the Law of 21 June 2004 and Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, a notice sent by email must include: the disputed content and its precise location; the reasons why it should be removed (citing the relevant legal provisions where possible); the identity and contact details of the person submitting the notice (except where it concerns a sexual offence against a minor); and a statement of good faith. Reports are reviewed by a person, and the person who submitted them is informed of the outcome.
Presenting content as unlawful in order to obtain its removal, while knowing this information to be inaccurate, is punishable by law.
Intellectual Property
Weejo, its logo, the application, its code, texts, illustrations and visual identity are the property of Weejo Labs or are licensed to it. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without written authorization is prohibited, subject to legal exceptions. Third-party trademarks and logos mentioned in the application belong to their respective owners.
Data Sources
- Events marked as "shared" come from the DATAtourisme dataset, distributed via the data.gouv.fr platform under the Open Licence 2.0 (Licence Ouverte, Etalab). Each event indicates its producer and the date it was last updated. Weejo Labs does not organize these events and does not guarantee their content; the original listing prevails.
- The places known to the application come from OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the ODbL licence (www.openstreetmap.org/copyright).
- Municipalities and their boundaries come from public data distributed under the Open Licence 2.0.
- Maps are displayed by Apple Maps on iOS and Google Maps on Android, subject to the terms of these services.
